This restorative and deep stretch yoga class takes place the first Monday of the month from 8-9pm. Dates might shift due to holidays. It is free but you must register to receive the zoom link.

Please have a mat, 2 blocks, 1 strap (belt/tie), blanket (towel or blanket), a bolster (pillow) available for class.
