Corporate yoga classes aim to introduce the advantages of yoga into the workplace, providing employees with an effective means to manage stress, enhance focus, and elevate morale.

This class is customized to meet the unique requirements of the workplace and its employees. The ultimate goal is to foster a more relaxed, energized, and productive work atmosphere while creating an opportunity for team bonding.

Client Agreement

· Clients must complete the necessary documentation before participating in personal training and private yoga sessions at Empower Fitness. This includes the following forms: Health History Screening, Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, Lifestyle Evaluation, Client Agreement, and Informed Consent.

Completing these documents enables Empower Fitness to deliver the highest quality and safest services to our clients.

· If it is determined that the client has one or more risk factors, based on the criteria set forth by the American College of Sports Medicine, that could be a potential risk during exercise, then Empower Fitness may contact the client for further information and/or contact clients’ physician for medical clearance prior to exercise.

· Empower Fitness reserves the right to deny services to participants who may not be able to exercise safely within the program parameters.

Conduct of Training Sessions

· All sessions will be conducted at trainers’ houses (for no travel expense) or client’s house or agreed upon locations (for travel expense, which will be determined by mileage and time).

· Training sessions will be 30 minutes or 60 minutes in length depending on the session/package purchased.

· Training sessions must be conducted within 90 days of the date of purchase. Empower Fitness may give a two-week grace period for vacations, emergencies, or injuries. In case of injury, the attending physician may provide clearance for a longer grace period. Any remaining sessions will become void after 90 days.

· Cancellations must be made by a minimum of 24 hours prior to the start of the scheduled training session time. To cancel a session, call Sarah Cheffy (336) 491-0227 between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.

· If a cancellation is not made by a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled session, the client understands that he/she will be charge for the session. Likewise, a ‘no show’ counts as a session serviced and the client will be charged.

· All personal training sessions start at the time of the mutually agreed scheduled appointments between the client and trainer. The client understands that if he/she is late, time will be deducted from the start time of the session.

· Personal training sessions are one to one (one trainer, one client). No exceptions.

· Training will be conducted by a certified Personal Trainer/500hr Registered Yoga Trainer.

· Clients must wear proper attire (i.e. shorts sweatpants, t-shirt, tennis shoe etc.) No jeans, or sandals.

· Personal training packages/session may not be split in any way with other clients regardless of their relationship with you.

· Sessions and packages can not exchanged for cash or money.

· All training fees must be paid full in advance to service. Accepted types of payment, credit card thru website, cash, Venmo (@Yogi_Girl_NC), or check (made payable to Sarah Cheffy) is accepted.

Refunds

· Personal training and private yoga sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable. Medical conditions, which prohibit the safe conduct of training sessions, that cause a delay in purchased sessions beyond 90 days plus grace period (of the date of purchase) will be refunded if a physician’s note is provided.

Meet and Greet Free Yoga Class

You are cordially invited to a complimentary mini yoga class and meet-and-greet on Monday, October 27th from 5:30pm to 6:30 pm at my house in Oak Ridge.

TIMELINE OF EVENTS

5:20PM-5:30PM Welcome & Set Up

5:30PM-6:15PM Free Yoga Class

6:15PM-6:30PM Light Refreshment and Yoga Wall Demonstrtions

The class will promptly kick off at 5:30 pm and run for 45 minutes. Weather permitting, we will be outdoors, so dress accordingly. (Hats, sunglasses, sunscreen) If it is raining we will be inside. Please bring your yoga mat if you have one; I have a limited number of extras mats. However, I can provide props.

After the class, enjoy light refreshments and mingle with fellow participants. It's a perfect opportunity to ask any yoga or personal training-related questions and share ideas for fall yoga themes.

Additionally, I will be opening up my studio for an exclusive experience with The Great Yoga Wall. If you've never tried stretching or strengthening on the yoga wall, this event is the perfect chance to give it a go!

Let's celebrate, reconnect, and hit the reset button together. Please register by October 20th to help with planning space and food. Feel free to bring along your spouse, significant other, or friends. It's going to be a fantastic time!

Free Restorative and Deep Stretch Yoga Class

This restorative and deep stretch yoga class takes place the first Monday of the month from 8:15-9:00pm. Dates might shift due to holidays. It is free but you must register to receive the zoom link.

Please have a mat, 2 blocks, 1 strap (belt/tie), blanket (towel or blanket), a bolster (pillow) available for class.
