No experience is necessary. We welcome all levels—from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Every session is tailored to your abilities, goals, and comfort level.

The Great Yoga Wall is a unique piece of equipment that improves alignment, increases flexibility, and offers therapeutic benefits. It’s ideal for beginners, those recovering from injury, and anyone seeking additional support or deeper exploration in their yoga practice.

Sound healing sessions, or sound baths, use sound vibrations from instruments like singing bowls and gongs to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. They induce a meditative state and encourage healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.

Our virtual classes are conducted live via Zoom. After registering, you’ll receive a secure link to join class. All you need is:

-A quiet space

-A yoga mat

-A stable internet connection

Recommended Props: Two yoga blocks, a blanket, and a yoga strap.

Mindset: An open mind and positive attitude

Clothing: Comfortable, non-restrictive workout clothes

Hydration: Bring water to stay refreshed

For Yoga: Blanket (or towel), yoga blocks, strap

Optional: Bolster, foam roller, tennis ball, resistance band

For Personal Training: Sneakers

Optional: Dumbbells, resistance bands, stability ball, TRX (if available)

*Trainer can bring equipment to session based on clients goals.

This depends on your goals, schedule, and commitment level. A great starting point is 2–4 sessions per week.

Sessions are held in Oak Ridge, NC, at Sarah’s private studio or at a client’s home. We also serve the Greensboro and High Point areas. Travel fees may apply for locations further away. Virtual options are available as well.
