Viloma pranayama, also known as interrupted or staged breathing, is a yogic breathing technique where the breath is intentionally paused or held during inhalation and/or exhalation. It's a way to gently expand lung capacity and potentially enhance focus and calmness. The practice involves breaking down the inhale and/or exhale into stages with brief pauses in between.
